Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI)- Employee Resource Group (ERG) Leader
Since Nov 2019, my role has included:
•Graphic design of SharePoint sites, fliers, welcome packets, and other related design content.
• Consult and collaborate with Executive Leadership to develop a new DEI program with an equity lens.
• Enterprise wide road mapping and goal setting.
• create dei roles/RESPONSIBILITIEs, create trainings, and events.
• incubate and develop emerging erg’s.
• Participate in DEI trainings, conventions, summits, and workshops to develop DEI leadership skills.
• Lead and facilitate DEI sessions among employees throughout the business.
